HUNTING 4 HORSEPOWER

10th Year Anniversary Hunting 4 Horsepower Announcement

Alligator Performance is postponing our annual Hunting 4 Horsepower Event in 2020.

This is due to significant issues ongoing in the Diesel Industry, coupled with the fact that after our event in 2019 some unruly spectators caused significant damage to the facility we have been using for the last 5 years.   The facility we use has also modified their layout reducing the space we can use, all of which caused the facility to not renew our event lease there this year.  We are unable to pin down a new suitable local location for the event in 2020 at this time.  This does not mean we are done with Hunting 4 Horsepower as an event, but this year we will need to regroup and work towards a 10 Year Anniversary event hopefully in 2021.  We will keep all of you informed as to changes in this as we work on it.

We appreciate the support from everyone over the years with our Event!  It has grown from the parking lot of our facility to be one of the largest Industry events in the U.S. and we look forward to making the future 10 Year Anniversary event the best yet!

Sincerely,

Alligator Performance Crew

FAQ

How do I become a sponsor of the H4H Event?

Do I need to pre-register for the events?

Though it is not needed, it is recommended to pre-register especially if you plan on competing in multiple events. Pre-registered dyno competitors will get front line access to the dyno so they have the ability to compete in other scheduled events.
It is recommended to pre-register for dirt drags since registration closes at 10am and racing begins at 11am.

If I pre-register, and I am not able to attend the event, will I be refunded?

Yes. you will receive a full refund.

Is camping available?

Yes, the fairgrounds has a camping location with RV Power and water hook ups. Rates vary if you are camping in a tent or an RV/Camper. Enter at Gate D off E. Kathleen and the fairgrounds will collect the fee.

Are fire pits allowed while camping?

Camping spots are on grass, so you would need to have a portable fire pit. [Note: if there happens to be a county fire restriction, then only a propane fire pit will be allowed]

Are dogs allowed?

Currently they are allowed, but must remain on a leash and you must pick up after them. Don’t be the reason to make us prohibit them in the future!

Is there a parking and entry fee for the event?

Parking is Free, and there is only a $5 event entry fee (Kids 12 & under get in free)
